1974 Chevy Camaro substance coming out of tailpipe

When the camaro is running, it seems to be spitting something out of the tailpipe. I went over and took a smell, but it has no scent and is clear (like water). but when it is running it wreaks of gas... any ideas? all help is appreciated thank you!

You will get a bit of clear liquid, it's condensation, if you smell gas, adjust the mixture on the carb...
