1969 Chevy Camaro horns won't work

1969 Chevy Camaro V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The horn's won't work. clicking coming from relay,put tester on wire and getting power.

if you are getting power to the relay is it going to your horns? it may not be. Test your horns by themselvese to make sure they work as alot of times the horns are just bad.
