1968 Chevy Camaro Heater blower

I have a 68 camaro with a 454 installed. Engine runs fine, but the heater doesn't work. I think the blower motor isn't working.

Could you provide a list of steps to troubleshoot the problem?

First use some wire and run leads from the battery to the blower, if it works, your problem lies in the switch, or relay, or wires. Test light wires to blower motor, changing the switch between speeds, the fast the setting, the brighter the light. This will tell you if the switch and resistor are working...
