my dad got some fine spray paint splatter on my babys convertible top i think its canvas is there anything that will get it off

You could try nail polish remover and maybe starting fluid. Just try a small spot first to make sure it does not discolor the material. You could probably try a little gas too. Use a cotton ball to start out.
