Installing a body lift

Does anyone know if installing a 3 inch body lift on a 92 blazer four door, is a major job, or not? Are there any tricky parts that I should know about? Thanks :

First off they are not that hard to do, but first check where you get the kit from, not sure if 3 inch lift would change anything or not, we did it years ago but it was 6 in. Min. Lift, come to find out after replacing u-joints and shafts, we did not have them made for the extra height, which caused all kinds of problems, we had to get the specs and get longer shafts to make the angles right.

Body lifts arent the best thing in the world they tend to wear the body down
i would recommend a suspension lift
