How do I remove the rear axle C-clamp on a 97 blazer w/locking diff.

with the truck off the ground , remove the rear diff cover and drain , center the diff where you can see the c-clips , on the opposite side you will have to remove the center pin bolt , roll the diff back to where you can see the c clips , grab each wheel and pull inward with a small magnet or pick you will now be able to remove the clips
