2004 Chevy Blazer power to fuel pump

wil run great in day time. when it is night and damp the fuel pump has no power. it won't even start. when the pump is getting power it is easily heard when key is turned on. but when it gets dark nothing. can leave untouched till next day and fires right up.

Check the fuel pump connector and the fuel pump relay-
