hard to start was,now won't start in cold damp weather

i'm taking it that this is a s-10 typpe. you'll probably need to replace the plug wires and dist cap to correct this. get an OEM cap instead of the aftermarket ones. when you change it make sure to run the screws down evenly and not one then the other.
