2004 Chevy Blazer 4 hi won't engage

Was wondering if someone knew the location of or knows of diagram for the front axle vacuum actuator for a 2004 chevy blazer. Problem is that when I attempt to go into 4 hi the lights on my puch button control panel flashes then defaults back to 2hi. It has no problem going into 4 lo, just 4 hi, thanks.

Sounds like a faulty switch, TCCM or actuator on the transfer case.
The vacuum actuator is under the battery. However if it goes into 4lo the actuator is working.
