2003 Chevy Blazer starter problems

just replaced starter and battery. the engine won't turn over or even click. relays are good, solenoid got replaced attached to the starter, and the acc still works (which says the switch is good right?). abs light is on, air bag light is on and of course the check engine light is on. is there another solenoid or relay that I'm missing?

Check crank fuse 10 amp and Ign A fuse 40amp, park and neutral position switch, starter relay and ignition switch
