2003 Chevy Blazer oil pressure

the oil pressure seems to fluxuate. when i first got the truck the oil pressure gauge would be at 40 when i gave it gas it would move just alitle . the other day i was driving the pressure dropped to 22 when i gave it gas it would go up to 40 when i stopped it would drop took to the dealer they said it was the oil pressure switch had it replaceed . its still doing it what do u think it could be

Sounds like the oil pump pressure relief valve is sticking try doing an engine flush and see what happens
