2003 Chevy Blazer No Heat

As soon as winter hit we found that the heater blows cold air. The thermostat has been replaced and still no heat. What could go wrong with this system? I am freezing!!

Could be a clogged-up hose or the heater core, heater contol valve, air/blend door stuck close.
