I have a misfire on cylinders 1 and 6..I think those are the front and back cylinders on the passenger side correct? I replaced both plugs and it still wont go over 3500 RPM aside from replacing the plug wires, what else should I check and what could have fouled out 2 wires?

That is the front cylinder on the driver's side and the back one on the passenger side.

You need to do more testing and lets parts changing. Use a spark tester or scope to find out if you problem is ignition or not. If the cap and wires are due for replacing, do that anyway.
