my truck was stolen and colomn was all busted up im just wanting to get it back home without having to pay for a tow truck. i need to know how i get the ignition to turn into starting position and where this bar is on the colomn that i was told i needed to pull up on some where on the colomn is what i was told but i cannot find this bar

It was attached to the tumbler. Check on the underside of the column.
