Heater problem
2003 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My Blazer's climate control is not working. I can hear a vacuum leak from behind the vent selector switch. I took the vacuum switch out and noticed it was covered with oil. With the car running and the vacuum lines off the switch it is a very quiet leak but when I plug it back into the switch, it gets a lot louder.

I only have air blowing from the dash vent. It will not switch over to floor or defrost.

Any suggestions???

If the sound is louder when you attach the switch, it sounds like it needs replaced.
