I am not new to changing parts on engines but this one is baffeling me where is it located and how do I change it?

ON MY 01 IT IS LOCATED IN THE TOP FRONT OF THE ENGINE JUST FOLLOW THE TOP RADIATOR HOSE YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE OFF THE AIR CLEANER FIRST THERE ARE 2 BOLTS YOU UNSCREW LIFT OUT THE OLD THERMASTAT MAKE SURE YOU USE A NEW GASKET AND CLEAN BOTH THE SURFACES DROP IN NEW THERMASTAT AND THERE YOU GO
