2002 Chevy Blazer rpm flutters at certain tact numbers, 150

RPM flutter between 1500 and 2200. Even at Cruise control on. No missing indicated by garages instruments used to measeure such thing. It jumps about 2 to3 hundres rpm's when fluttering. Flutters then settles and will not do it again until road conditions to cause it to change.

Have you checked fuel pump pressure? When was the last tune up? Fuel filter?
