Is this oil pressure normal?

is my oil pressue suppose to read 40-60

Oil pressure of 40-60 PSI is higher than it should be.
This vehicle should have:
6 PSI, minimum at 1,000 RPMs
18 PSI, minimum at 2,000 RPMs
24 PSI, minimum at 4,000 RPMs

Typically high oil pressure is due to a oil pressure relief valve. That valve is part of the oil pump. So you might have to replace the oil pump to get the correct pressure.
The oil pump is located inside the oil pan. You will have to remove the oil pan to access the oil pump.
