2002 Chevy Blazer no pressure in radiator

I have a blazer and was overheating. I put some water in it and the overheating stoped but there is no pressure in my radiator and my temp gauge is just below 200 degrees. The coolant is not hot and i have not lost any coolant. What should I do?

Maybe in need of new radiator cap that's what presurizes system
