2002 Chevy Blazer fuel pump

My blazer will turn over but will not start. Before this trouble when you turn the key on you could here something like the fuel pump engage and then turn off. Now iI don't here that. The relay is ok and the ECM fuse is ok. What next???

Test for power at the pump connector, if power is present, replace pump, if no power, trace wire and circuit.
