THE PROBLEM STARTS WHEN I GO START THE CAR AND BEGIN MOVING. THERE IS A HIGH PITCHED SQUEAL COMING FROM THE WHEELS THAT LASTS FOR ABOUT 5 SECONDS THEN GOES AWAY. THE BRAKES HAVE ALSO BEEN GRABBING. I CAN'T TELL IF ITS COMING FROM THE FRONT OR REAR. ANY IDEAS ON WHAT THIS COULD BE?
