2001 Chevy Blazer spark plugs and wires

We replaced the plugs and wires in our SUV but the problem is that we could not get t o one of the plugs there just is not enough room and since then it has been missing pretty bad do you have any suggestions on changing the last plug and wire?

You can get to most of them by jacking up the front of the truck and using a long extention through the wheelwells.
