Hi, Sounds Like You Have A Bad Front Hub Bearing, Check For Play In Front Wheels ,By Putting A Floor Jack Under Lower Control Arm , Lift One Side At A time .Make Sure Wheel Is Off Ground A Couple Inches ,Take One Hand At 12:00 Position And One At 6:00 Position ,Move Wheel Feel For Play , If no play, Spin Each Wheel By hand Fairly Fast ,Listen Closely To Both Sides , If One Side Is Much louder Than Other Side, I Would Replace That Side Hub Bearing.Do Not Start Car While Checking This.

Hope This Helps You,
Good Luck.
