The heater wont blow warm air UNLESS I get the RPMs to 3000 for a few seconds.

I have replaced: sensor, thermostat, flushed/cleaned the radiator. Check the antifreeze level often. Had the muddy radiator look before I flushed it.

I noticed: fuel gauge bounces when I am not accelerating or reving the engine. One time(one time only) the dashboard was dim and I speed up it brightened. The temperature gauge stays around 160ish and then sometimes it will bounce up to 230ish then heat will start coming out or the vents and it will drop back below 210.

I believe this to be either a problem with a lack of electricity to dashboard/the temp knob or blender door/motor.

cannot find info on how to change/fix this if those are the problem.

what do you think?

My concern is the temp variation that you have experienced with the engine. 230 °F is too hot for the engine. That is when you get heat then it drops. Did it do this before you replaced the thermostat?
