2001 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

having trouble fueling up. cant use pumps at station have to use gas can and can only pour a little at a time and wait for it to drain. i think it is a pressure release line. is that what it could be and if so where is it

There may be a blockage in the filler neck of some sort. Possibly a collapsed hose. Remove filler neck and inspect hoses inside of it for failure.
