My front drivers side cv joint went bad. I have the vehicle tore down right now. I've already removed the hub assembly and everything else on the control arm to remove the drive axle. I can not get the inside of the axle loose. Is there anything besides using a prybar and hammer that is needed to remove this?

Thank you in advance

that should be all you need. just make sure you do not damage the front diff. Some of them can be hard to remove.
