This started last night, I started the car and something under the hood started making a clicking sound, it lasted only like 5sec. then when I turned it off and started it again it didn't do it, it seems to start clicking when its been sitting for awhile and not running. Check engine light or nothing comes on, it starts up just fine, and after the clicking stops it sounds like its running normal and doesn't have any trouble. It doesn't do it while I'm driving or idleing, just when I first start it up.

Make sure the oil is full. Also, make sure the oil filter you are using has an anti-flowback valve that prevents oil from draining from the filter.
