2000 Chevy Blazer turn signals

I can hear the flasher for the turn signals going when the signals are not on, none of the lights are flashing and all the bulbs are working and so do the flashers when I put them on. It stops when I step on the breaks. I changed the flasher but that did not do anything.

call your dealer, i think there was a recall to replace the hazard switch. i think it was for that concern
