2000 Chevy Blazer Turn Signal Clicking sound

My turn signal clicks constantly. I have replaced the relay but it still clicks. Any suggestions? I have noticed that when I press the brake pedal the clicking stops.

do the turn signals work. it could be a possible hazard switch. there was a recall at one time for that. call your local dealer
