Hello, I have a 2000 chevy blazer and when I am sitting at a stop light and start moving slowly my rpms drop and my oil pressure gauge wobbles I am getting an error code of p1187 on the engine codes list. If I start fast it doesnt do it any ideas what can be wrong?

Well, a p1187 code can mean two different things. Is your engine diesel or gas powered?
This code in a diesel is a low voltage reading on the EOT (Engine Oil Temp.) Sensor.
This code in a gas engine is a shorting or a low voltage signal in the bank two oxygen sensor. In this case check for any burnt or worn out wires for that o2 sensor.

BTW--make sure it is a P1187 and not a p1189.
