2000 Chevy Blazer shaking

What could cause the front end to shake real bad I replaced the tire hub bearing asambley and the sway bars also put a aligment on it

Have the tires balanced. Thats the most important. If the problem persists, then it will be easy to figure out. The tire balance is the most over looked, so lets start with that.
