2000 Chevy Blazer heat not going where it should

the heater works, but will not deliver heat to the floor on any setting. sends heat to defrost, to cab, but not to floor no matter whether i set it on the mixed settings or just floor. vacuum hoses are all ok and hooked up.

If there are no vaccum leaks, then you need to start checking the vent doors in the HVAC system under the dash. One has to be stuck.
