my headlights used to be on all the time day/night but now they don't turn on at all...All other lights work fine...i have also checked the fuses and the bulbs which appear to be fine...

Look at the headlight relay under the hood. Also make SURE that all the fuses are good. I have seen bad ones that looked OK but were bad. It could also be a failure in the DRL circuit. That can be fun to find.
