I was driving at 70 mph when I lost fuel pressure? The blazer still idled correctly but when I went to pull out as fast as it would go was abotu 10 mph. starts good idles good. A mechanic put a pressure test with 2 gauges and said it was about 10 psi below reccomended pressure (engine off egnition on) Changed fuel filter still same problem. Is the fuel pump going bad or maybe regulator?

sounds like more of a fuel pump to me. I would start there if the pressure is low
