I have a 2000 Chevy Blazer. It won't turn over in the morning. I just bought a brand new battery a week ago and it still has problems. Maybe it's the fuel pump? Is there a schematic on how to change the fuel pump? It's getting colder outside, please Help!

The fuel pump is inside the gas tank. If you don't know how to take out the gas tank and change the pump, I would recommend your local repair shop.
It is a timely process. When you say it won't turn over do you mean when you turn the key the engine does not crank; or do you mean the engine cranks but it will not start?
