2000 Chevy Blazer clicking noise

I keep hearing a clicking noise comming from the right side kick panel.Sounds like the turn signel clikking.Is this a relay of some type located in that panel?

Welcome, transfer case shift control module shows to be located behind right kick panel, not sure that is what your hearing? The turn flasher is located on right side of dash.
