I replace the flasher with a new 4 terminal 12 volt flasher and the ticking noise is still there, could this be a burnt bulb that i am missing or something else?

The hazzards work fine, the noise is coming from the flasher box that i replaced actually have to take the glove compartment out to get to it....replaced running light in front but still making ticking noise.
