1999 Chevy Blazer vibrations thru brake pedal

On my 99 blazer there is a vibration that comes thru the brake pedal when I make a left hand turn and step on the brake. Now it is starting to do the vibration when I make a left turn. The pedal recently started going to the floor when this happens. I have had three people take the tires off and check everything. They found nothing wrong. What can be doing this?

The vibration could be caused by a warped brake rotor/s for the pedal sinking to the floor could be an internal leak in the master cylinder or you're leaking somewhere else
