1999 Chevy Blazer serpintine belt squeals

I am hearing some whirring/sqealing after I had new sparkplugs/wires and serpintine belt installed. It has only been one day, so will wait and see, but was just wondering if that was normal?

Could have had something spilled on the belt. It could also be weather related. I have tried several different brand belts on my 2000 blazer, and it still makes a slight noise when its really cold outside.
