1999 Chevy Blazer rough idling when car is stopped

1999 Chevy Blazer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

my car runs great except for when I am stopped. I have had it checked with a diagnostic tool and its reading a misfire on number 4 and 5. We replaced the fuel injector system, the cap and button, spark plugs wires, and spark plugs. It is still doing the same thing and reading the same code. PLEASE HELP!

Engine misfiring can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.
