Engine Mechanical problem
1999 Chevy Blazer Four Wheel Drive Automatic

on friday i brought my truck into Pallens Auto on Root Road in Lorain, Ohio for a blown intermanifold gasket. i got my truck back on sunday and about 6 hours after i got it back my motor died. first it started making a knocking noise, it got louder, then my oil pressure dropped down to about 20 pounds (my oil was full) then my truck just took a crap. i was told it was the motor. is there anyway that when they fixed the gasket they could've done something wrong that would cause that to happen, and do you have any advice.

to be honest it sounds like they didnt change the oil and the anti freeze destroyed the cam shaft causing no oil pressure
