1999 Chevy Blazer Hood latch

Is there any way to pop the hood on my 1999 chevy blazer from the outside? The battery is dead and the remote unlock will not work.

Isn't the iginition key on the remote unlock? It will unlock the doors. If no key, there is not a way to open it from the outside unless you want to do some work. Have a local towing company get it open.
