Question: My 99 blazer was making really load buzzing sound under my carriage of my blazer i went ahead cleaned out my fuel lines and repaced my fuel filter it was full of black tar. After all that the noise quited down but it's still there will it go away eventilly.

sounds to me that you have a bad fuel pump! when they start buzzing they are on their last leg and shoudl be replaced.
