1999 Chevy Blazer fuel pump wont run

ok we have done spark plugs,filters, cap and rotor, fuel pump, fuel pressure reulater, intake manafold gasget, changed about everything and it cranks over but fuel pump will not run at all, its started stalling a few months ago and we kept changing stuff to try to get it to run it ran for a day then wouldnt start then changed fuel pessure regulator, cap and rotor, fuel pump and now the fuel pump wont run whats up with it, this is worse then a sick puppy.

Check the ECM B fuse 20amp and test the fuel pump relay-if its checks out-Have the computer fuel pump control circuit tested-
