1999 Chevy Blazer engine runs rough

I replaced the o2 sensor and gave it a tune up in the last three months and a new fuel pump too.But it just started running rough again.So i put a new o2 sensor on it again and it still runs rough.What can i do now.

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked for vacuum leaks?
