trying to remove my right cylinder head?

im trying to remove my right cylinder head and i have the ground wire from the back of the head off but dont know what else could be holding it on it looks like the fuel lines but im unsure do you have a solution

does it still feel like it is bolted to the block or can you move it a few inches till it slowly stops.

Yep, there is a bracket on the rear of the cylinder head you must undo. Also, double check that all head bolts have been removed.
