1999 Chevy Blazer 4 cyl

i have a 99 chevy blazer and i am having problems starting it. I have to put fuel in the throttle body to start it up and i put on a new fuel filter and mass air sensor but still the same problem what could be wrong

Do you hear the fuel pump when you turn key to run? If so check the fuel pressure and comeback with the readings we start here.
