I have a 99 blazer its a automatic but wont take off unless i manually shift it through the gears it has a code 758 2-3 shift solinoid circuit also the security light comes on shortly after any idealswhat this mightbe or how to check this

It sounds like you need a new shift solenoid. Have you replaced it?

As far as the security light, the only place to have it diagnosed is a dealer. They have the proper test equipment.
