have 99 chevy blazer when driving at 65 to 70 mph a loud grinding noise when slow down and shift to 4 wheel high it goes away HELP

If it goes away when the mode in the transfer case is changed, that could be an indication of where the problem is. I would drain and inspect the fluids from the transfer case, as well as the front differential.
