How do I install a radiator in a Chevy Blazer?

HI:
First you will need to drain the coolant. After that, remove both the upper and lower radiator hose. Also, if the blazer has an auto trans, there will be two trans cooling lines to remove from the rad also. Next, remove the radiator shroud from the radiator and carefully slide it back toward the engine. Now you will need to remove 4 bolts that hold the radiator to the core support. Once they are removed, the radiator is ready to be removed. Make sure nothing else is attached to the radiator like engine cooler. If so, it will most likely be bolted also.

To replace, just reverse the order.

Watch out for the oil cooler lines. When you install them in the new radiator use new sealing washers to prevent leaks.
